Werris Creek is a small town in New South Wales, located near Tamworth. The town is home to heritage listed Werris Creek Railway Station and full of rich history. Despite its ties to the past, the town has embraced the future, particularly the reprocessing of plastic waste, for quite some time now.

Picket fencing, playground edging and bollards have all been installed throughout the area. A picket fence installed years earlier is continuing to stand the test of time, proving its low-maintenance and longevity. Such a small town is making an incredible environmental difference, saving waste from landfill time and time again.
