In the City of Darwin, “East Point Reserve is one of the largest reserves in the Darwin municipality boasting 200 hectares of green space and recreation spaces. We have been looking after the reserve since 1984 and aim to balance the ecological, cultural and historic values whilst providing recreational areas for everyone to enjoy.”
One of the recreation spaces visitors and residents can enjoy is the long lasting, durable Exersite™ exercise equipment made from Replas recycled plastic. This system allows the users to systematically work out in a safe and effective manner. It can be modified to allow for safe wheelchair usage as well by adding some pieces and modifying others. The signs show exercises for able bodied users with corresponding workouts for wheelchair users. The termites will not destroy this equipment like the alternative, timber. Long lasting, low maintenance recycled plastic products allows the community to enjoy The Exersite™ for many years to come!
