The Tooradin Foreshore has received a well regarded upgrade, creating an impressive area for the upcoming summer season. The old, rotting timber picnic settings were struggling with the conditions, sea spray in particular. Recycled-plastic has given the space the modern lift it needed. Over 20 settings, seats and benches now cover the foreshore, with more on order to keep up with the visitors of the holiday season.

Secretary of the old jetty Foreshore Committee, Ross Wilkie, loves the difference that recycled-plastic has made for the community. “Wooden furniture in Tooradin had a very short life expectancy and the maintenance upkeep was costly. The foreshore committee had no hesitation when deciding on the quality of the Replas outdoor furniture range”, he said.
