At Chinaman’s Beach, a short drive south of Agnes Waters, QLD, Gladstone Regional Council recently installed Replas Enduroplank™ to create a convenient set of steps down to the sand.  The council also used 145 mm brown Replas  bollards for signage, the whole recycled plastic installation producing a very tidy effect that makes visiting this out-of-the-way beach that much better for comfort and safety.

Chinaman’s Beach is a bit of a secret, a less-crowded alternative to nearby Agnes Beach. Looking out to sea from the new recycled plastic steps, the rocks to the left are perfect for on-shore fishing, while to the right there’s a long stretch of beach where at any given time you are likely to see just a handful of people. Dogs are welcome at Chinaman’s Beach, as long as you keep them on the leash.
