Victoria recently passed a law banning smokers from smoking within 10 metres of a playground or a sporting facility, ultimately to protect families, especially children, from the harms of second-hand smoke. As a result, the City of Casey has installed some new signage to ensure the community is fully aware of the changes.

Replas bollard signs now feature around their public playgrounds, skate parks and sporting facilities, keeping everyone safe. The council originally planned to install metal signs and posts, but found them unattractive and bulky for the modernised areas. The recycled-plastic signs are an ideal, practical alternative which blends in perfectly and sufficiently displays the necessary information.
