The Bull Paddock Sportsground received a grant from the NSW Stronger Country Communities Fund for essential upgrades to a few of their playing fields last February. Located in Snowy Valleys Council, The Bull Paddock is now home to recycled plastic furniture from Replas, Premier Settings and 1.8 m Kimberley Seats. The use of durable, long lasting recycled plastic products gives the sportsground reliable products that will be around for years to come for athletes and spectators. Unlike alternative timber, Premier Settings and Kimberley Seats will not rot, split or crack giving grounds crew low maintenance products. Replas recycled plastic Premier Settings offers greater legroom thanks to the clever design of the bench and table supports. The settings come in a choice of slat widths, depending on style preference, and can be adapted to allow wheelchair access. Kimberley Seats feature an ergonomic design with a smooth curved back for extra comfort, Snowy Valleys Council opted with the in-ground seats. By re-thinking their selection and procurement, Snowy Valleys Council became a true recycler contributing to the Circular Economy.
