Mercure Kakadu Crocodile Hotel is one distinctive hotel, being shaped to represent Kakadu’s most famous inhabitant, the saltwater crocodile. Around this uniquely shaped hotel lies several hundred-recycled plastic 125 mm green bollards and custom Replas Beachcombers all in great condition considering the consistent harsh weather. “Due to the condition of the seats (after 5 years in place) we will be ordering more furniture made from recycled plastic. [This is] due to the long-lasting attributes and maintenance free aspects of the seats,” – Richard McArthur, General Manager of the resort.
