Point Lookout Surf Club on North Stradbroke Island in Queensland needed a replacement of their timber deck for vehicle and pedestrian beach access. Due to the harsh coastal environment on the island, Redland City Council needed a decking solution that was durable and long lasting. A floating pathway using Replas Enduroplankā„¢ and plastic profiles was the perfect fit-for-purpose material solution. Installation time and costs were greatly reduced by using the floating deck concept and considering it was installed back in October 2016, the pathway looks as good as new.
