Replas recycled plastic products at the famous Mindil Beach in Darwin included a range from floating beach access, installed by local aboriginals, and Brolga bollards all around the park. Mindil Beach is famous for it’s sunset markets on Thursday and Sunday evenings between April and October. To accommodate to the environment and popular area, City of Darwin needed to install reliable, durable, low maintenance products that will last around the ocean water. Enduroplankā„¢ used as beach access and bollards are sturdy long lasting products that provides an ethical alternative to timber. Suitable for marine environments as salt water will not corrode the material, even when it is submerged. An easy to install system makes this an easy transition from timber to plastic for City of Darwin.
