The playground fencing project at Merino Reserve in Camden, NSW is now complete. Combining Replas bollards and untreated pine rails encased in a recycled plastic layer, the fence of post and rail design provides a high-visibility street-side barrier around an area where children are busy playing.
As well as using our regular 125 mm x 125 mm recycled plastic bollards across the fence spans, the council chose to install Brolga Bollards at the entrance points. The distinctive Brolga shapes makes it easy for playground users to see the openings in the fence. The rails span 2.4 metres between bollards and the council has received very positive comments on the aesthetics and the recycled content of the project. Jims Fencing did the installation work.
