In the beautiful north-eastern NSW town of Casuarina, the Tweed Shire Council recently replaced an existing 100 meter timber boardwalk with brown recycled plastic Enduroplank™ decking.

The boardwalk is part of the popular coastline cycleway that runs through the Casuarina Coastal Reserve. Eventually it will form part of the New South Wales Coastline Cycleway, a 1,400 km cycling route along the entire New South Wales coastline from the Queensland border at Tweed Heads to the Victorian border south of Eden. Some 300 km are now in place, a mix of off-road shared pedestrian/cycle paths and on-road cycle lanes along local streets.
