Mika Timber, a stockist for Replas in Carrum Downs Victoria, sold 184 150 mm round bollards to a won tender in Frankston City Council. The installation was completed by Langbourne Fencing and Gates in Seaford Wetlands where the 150 mm round bollard were modified to use as bollard fencing with galvanised piping. The 150 mm round bollard is clean and smooth, the product stands up to changes in temperature without distorting like alternative materials. An ideal solution in the Seaford Wetlands where a barrier was required to define boundaries for vehicles and pedestrians. As is the case with all recycled plastic products from Replas, these bollards will not rot, split or crack and will never need painting. The low maintenance aspect allows Frankston City Council to spend their time on other projects throughout the municipality.
