Frankston City Council Enjoys New Sustainable Dog Agility Park

“I was pleasantly surprised Replas had the range of equipment when I initially enquired, the [Replas] product is ideal for the project,” said Craig Miller, Project Manager for Frankston City Council on the newly installed Dog Agility equipment at Ballam Park in Frankston VIC. Replas’ recycled plastic Dog Agility Tracks builds trust and confidence between dogs and their handlers, and develops the socialisation skills the local dogs would not normally get. The track at Ballam Park consists of a balance beam, jump through, pooch post, bridge, weave poles, and more!

The range of recycled plastic dog agility products from Replas allows well-trained, exercised and stimulated dogs to become a part of the community with local residents or by professional trainers for organised group classes.

Other great installations at Ballam Park are the Wheelchair Accessible Premier Settings and Kimberley Seats surrounding the dog park. This allows owners and visitors to keep an eye out for their pooch while taking a rest on the recycled plastic furniture.

Craig said, “where possible, it is preferable to use recycled and sustainable products. The council is looking forward to the maintenance free, long lasting and termite resistant recycled plastic product Replas has supplied.” By using recycled plastic products, there will be no splitting, cracking, or rotting in this dog park, allowing dogs and dog owners to enjoy this playful addition to Ballam Park by Frankston City Council for many years to come!
