Out at Temora on the road to Griffith in central west NSW, the local council has installed recycled plastic seats and picnic settings in a park that’s very popular among tourists and residents alike. In choosing Replas products, the shire recognised the savings to be made over time with a material that would stand up to the elements without needing as much as a lick of paint.  That meant dollars to the small community of less than 4,000 people that was established as a gold rush town in 1879.

Temora still attracts travellers, mostly these days visitors to the Temora Aviation Museum, which owns Australia’s remaining two operational Spitfires amongst its fabulous collection of warbirds.
