Water supply provider Seqwater has recently opened a network of new trails in the Lake Samsonvale recreation area for horse riding, mountain biking & bushwalking. Lake Samsonvale was created in 1976 with construction of a dam to secure south east Queensland’s drinking water supply, and is just a short drive from Brisbane’s northern suburbs. The recreational aspect of Seqwater’s vision is an important one, and now visitors are able to enjoy even more of the spectacular natural area that’s the source of the region’s water supply.

To surround the new carpark at Postman’s Track that went in with the expanded Lake Samsonvale recreation facilities, Seqwater used Replas Post & Rail fencing. And for the track markers purchased to help users navigate the seve km of newly-opened trails, our colourful and durable recycled plastic bollard signs were the natural choice.
