Central Coast  Council recently installed three Replas Premier Picnic Settings outside its building in Wyong, NSW.  The recycled plastic furniture has been well placed under large trees that give welcome shade to passersby, visitors to the building and council people on their breaks. From the range of Replas colours available, staff selected brown recycled plastic, to suit the landscaped surroundings and match existing benches in the immediate area.

The council also chose to have one of the picnic settings inlayed with chess boards.  With people encouraged to stop a while and engage in a game of chess, an extra dimension has been added to what is a convenient meeting place in the centre of Wyong. It’s a popular space for locals and council members to connect over lunch in a relaxing environment, or limber up for an important meeting with a game of chess out in the sunshine.
