The 2020 Buddy Bench Competition Winners, Birrong Public School in New South Wales, installed their winning seat with the help of school mascot Bluey the Lizard. Birrong PS is the fourth school to win the Buddy Bench Competition run annually by Replas. The recycled plastic seat creates a welcoming space in any school and can help foster friendships between students to any playground area. Students who feel alone or in need of a friend quickly learn it is a great place to meet up with others and make new friends.
