“Purfleet/Taree Local Aboriginal Land Council (PTLALC) acknowledges the traditional custodians of our boundaries. The Biripi, we pay our respects to elders past and present.”
PTLALC has installed a playground area in Purfleet NSW shaped like a boomerang out of Replas recycled plastic garden panels. Using recycled plastic garden panels is a great asset to the council with minimal maintenance and was an easy installation from Replas Pro MICA Installations. The panels are easy to mow and snip around with no risk of the chipping that occurs with log and timber surrounds, making it the perfect fit for a playground area. Also with no rotting, splitting, or warping, this product will last many years around the playground. Replas is proud to include recycled plastic products in a local Aboriginal Land Council like Purfleet/Taree with durable long lasting products.
“The PURFLEET/TAREE LOCAL ABORIGINAL LAND COUNCIL was constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Aboriginal Land Rights Act, 1983 as amended and administers the relevant provisions of that Act as they apply to the functions listed under Aims and Objectives. This Act provides that the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs may, by notice published in the Government Gazette, constitute an area as an Aboriginal Land Council Area.”
